Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards as well as the express checkout option where you can use Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, or Google Pay. All payments are processed securely.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be modified.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but orders generally arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping.
Will I receive tracking information?
Packages will have a tracking number that will be found in your confirmation email. For small/ flat items, tracking may not available depending what shipping services used. Any questions please contact.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of handmade and small-batch art products, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact akumaangst.com or DM @akumaangst on Instagram/Tiktok within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging!
